Note 1: Should the conference be cancelled due to the pandemic, the fees paid will be fully refunded.
Note 2: Should we (have to) decide to hold the conference digital, possible cost reductions (e.g. catering) will be offset against possible additional costs (e.g. event technology) and a possible difference will be refunded to the participants.
Note3: Costs for any mandatory antigen tests are to be paid for individually.
